  I get my vehicle serviced here since a very long time but this time on 11/14 I was asked to come in at 1:00PM and ha to wait for more than an hour for an appointment that is already scheduled. Reason being their service personal is on his break.
  
  This is very bad on their part better, know your schedules before you take appoinments. Never would be here any time. I prefer to drive far and get a better service or get it serviced locally who render better service.
