  First time trying the place. Was asked what sub would I like, I told her. She then asked what type of bread? I said what type do you have? She shows me four types, I picked they bread I wanted and she said we only have one type right now, and it will be 18 minutes for another type. It’s 7:50 pm on a Sunday evening? I said wow come into a sub shop and you basically have no bread? I said this will be the first and last time I come here. Her reply... Have a nice day. Wow no apology at all. Amazing I thought. Will never go back. Macomb Michigan location on Hall rd.

  Love these subs. Stopped at the hall road location for a quick bite before a meeting. Restaurant completely empty with 3 staff At the counter chatting it up. There is a sign that reads to stand here till sub maker is available. Left standing there while they carried on their personal conversation, never once being acknowledged. When I finally decided that enough was enough, and turned to leave, they wished me a nice day. Very disappointing customer service. This staff would be wise to remember they never know who is coming through their doors.
