  Went in to get a battery for my phone on Sept 1st. I was told I had 7 days to return it if it was defective. The phone would die at 45-40% almost instantly. I took it back on Sept 6th and was told they would only exchange it. I explained that I was told I had seven days to return it. I was informed that I couldn't with no explanation from the unpleasant man who wasn't the original one that helped me. Why waste time on another off-brand battery when the first one sucked? I was only going to use it as a back up because my OEM one finally died. They're friendly when they sell you a battery, but don't believe them when they say you can return it.
